Taercenn is the highest hunter rank among elves in Lorwyn.
Description
Reserved strictly for elves of the "Exquisite" caste,[1] they are active battlefield general, supreme commander and authority over multiple individual packs. The Taercenn usually has some political influence with the High Perfects as well.
