Mummy is an acorn creature type for undead who are ceremonially preserved and wrapped in bandages.

History

Mummy was originally used as a black-bordered type for Cyclopean Mummy from Legends, but this was changed to Zombie in the Grand Creature Type Update. The type was reused in Unhinged for Working Stiff and has yet to appear in any other set.

On eternal cards they tend to fall under the Zombie type. They are common on Amonkhet and are known as the Anointed.
