Erne is an obsolete creature type for a race of large birds of prey known for aquatic hunting of fish. They are also known as sea eagles.
History
Erne originally debuted as a type in Ice Age on Silver Erne. Arna Kennerüd claimed to see an Erne knock a Giant to the ground while staying airborne due to them moving as the wind instead of with the wind. During the Grand Creature Type Update, the type was made obsolete and given errata to just be a Bird.
Trivia
- Silver Erne has never been reprinted with its new type line.
