Cheetah is an obsolete creature type which represented an order of large cat known for being extremely fast.

Description

Cheetah debuted as a creature type in Visions on King Cheetah. It was later used again for Hunting Cheetah and Trained Cheetah in Portal: Three Kingdoms. When King Cheetah was re-printed in Ninth Edition it was given errata to be a cat as part of an effort to reduce more obscure creature types and better follow the new race/class model. However, at that time they only gave errata to cards that were re-printed so the type remained on the other 2 cards.[1] The type was officially made obsolete with the Grand Creature Type Update when the remaining two Cheetahs became Cats.

Cheetahs have been seen on both Amonkhet and Dominaria as well as featured in Portal: Three Kingdoms.
