Harlequin is an obsolete creature type and job used to represent people who act as a pantomime jester or clown, typically dressed in colorful checkered clothes.

Description

Harlequin debuted as a creature type in Alliances on Chaos Harlequin which appeared as a human from Dominaria dressed in colorful checked clothes. The type was later made obsolete and removed in the Grand Creature Type Update with the original card's type becoming just Human with no replacement job.

The Universes Beyond Assassin's Creed set featured the Merciless Harlequin as a human assassin. Although the clown subtype was introduced with Unfinity, and has been made eternal with Duskmourn: House of Horror, Chaos Harlequin's type has not been updated as such.
