Pony is an acorn creature type representing a type of small horse.

History

Pony was originally introduced as a creature type on Dwarven Pony in Homelands. This was later given errata to Horse in the Grand Creature Type Update and the type was made obsolete.

The type was later mentioned on the silver-bordered Princess Twilight Sparkle which was released in Ponies: The Galloping and who acted as a Lord for Ponies despite the type being obsolete. The type was later re-introduced as an acorn type as part of Secret Lair Drop Series: Ponies: The Galloping 2 - Extra Life 2023 with the introduction of Applejack and Pinkie Pie.
