Deer is a silver-bordered creature type for cards which depict a type of hoofed herbivorous mammal.
History
Deer debuted as a creature type in Unstable on a hybrid creature with multiple races with its head being that of a deer. It has yet to appear on its own on a creature as of yet.
Trivia
- Mark Rosewater stated he'd be willing to change the Elk creature type to Deer if R&D started over. This is due to the fact that Elk are a type of Deer but not all Deer are Elk.[1]
- Caribou is another creature type that is a type of Deer.
