Rukh is an obsolete token creature type for a race of vulture-like birds with leathery, dragon-like wings native to Rabiah. They are also called stonefeathers as they are similar to phoenixes, except their base element is stone, not fire.

History

Rukh originally debuted as a type in Arabian Nights on Rukh Egg which created 4/4 red Rukh tokens. The type was printed on a promotional token released as part of the Magic Player Rewards in 2003. However, With the release of Eighth Edition it was errated to create Bird tokens instead.
