Lore

The Utrom are a highly advanced alien race that have an appearance similar to a humanoid brain They are small and pink colored with two eyes, a mouth, with numerous small appendages beneath them that function as both hands or feet. Due to their small size Utroms often will use a technological means of transport, such as a floating disc or mech suit. In some stories they are the inventors of the Mutagen that creates the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
