Night counters are a type of counter introduced in Kaldheim. They act as an upkeep tracker for a triggered token creation effect.

Description

Night counters first appeared on Replicating Ring in Kaldheim. It is a snow artifact that can add one mana of any color and one of the counters is added on the player's upkeep each turn. Once it reaches eight or more counters, they are all removed and eight Snow Artifact tokens known as Replicated Ring are created with the ability to create one mana of any color.

• In Magic Online, the counter is colored green as its considered a positive effect. It shares its icon with Foreshadow and Void counters.
