oracle:"Manifestation counter"

Manifestation counters are a type of counter introduced in Born of the Gods. They are spawned via the Inspired mechanic and turn Permanents into Enchantments in addition to their other types.

Description

Manifestation counters first appeared on Arbiter of the Ideal in Born of the Gods. They are created via the Inspired mechanic in that whenever the creature is untapped, the top card of the library is revealed and if it’s an artifact, creature, or land then it can be put onto the battlefield with one of the counters on it. It makes that artifact, creature, or lands an enchantment in addition to its other types. The name of the counter refers to the permanent being manifested onto the battlefield as an enchantment.
