Worm is a blue, green, and black creature type used for cards depicting long, slender, soft-bodied, legless, bilaterally symmetrical, creeping animals. Leeches are excepted since they have their subtype.

The first creature to bear the type was Mole Worms in Ice Age. Other examples include Insidious Bookworms from Alliances and the Simic Ragworm [1] from Dissension.
