Abomination

Abomination is an obsolete creature subtype representing creatures that are considered unnatural and whose very existence cause disgust and/or hatred.

History

Abomination debuted as a creature type in Legends for the card of the same name - Abomination. This original Abomination appeared as a red skinned fat hairless humanoid with no lips and exposed teeth. It was from somewhere on Dominaria though nothing else is known about it. The type was removed in the Grand Creature Type Update and consolidated into Horror. Since the type became obsolete, there have been 18 other creatures that have been called abominations. Eight of these have been horrors, five have been zombies, while the remaining were eldrazi, elemental, illusion, mutant, and thrull.
