Gnoll is a creature type introduced to Magic: The Gathering in Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. It was inspired by the Dungeons & Dragons monster of the same name.
Description
Gnolls are humanoid creatures that look like human-hyena hybrids. They are carnivorous and known for their savage culture and warlike ways.
As a specific D&D creature type, Gnolls aren't expected to show up in non-D&D Magic sets.[1]
