Beholder is a creature type used for a test card that depicts an iconic D&D creature. Its appearance is that of a floating orb of flesh with a large mouth, single central eye, and many smaller eyestalks on top with powerful magical abilities.

As a creature type, Beholder is exclusively used on the Mystery Booster card Underdark Beholder.[1] This is a D&D crossover that was blocked by Hasbro before.[2] Another beholder is depicted on the Heroes of the Realm celebration card Kharis & the Beholder, which is also D&D related.
