Paralyzation counters are a type of counter introduced in Ice Age. They freeze a creature for as long as they are on one.

Description

Paralyzation counters first appeared on Dread Wight in Ice Age. It was a creature that would put a Paralyzation counter on any creature that blocked or was blocked by it. These counters caused the creatures to be tapped and freezes them. Each of the creatures also gains an ability to pay {4} to remove the counter from it. The freezing represents the creature being paralyzed by the Wight.
