Suspect counters are a type of counter introduced in Innistrad: Crimson Vow. They are used as an additional resource to draw a card.

Description

Suspect counters first appeared on the Investigator's Journal in Innistrad: Crimson Vow. It is a clue artifact that enters the battlefield with counters on it with their number equal to the highest number of creatures a player controls. It then has an activated ability that uses the counters as an additional resource to draw a card. The counters represent the creatures being suspects and the cards being noted to assist in stopping them.
