Knickknack counters are a type of counter introduced in Unfinity. They act as an alternate +1/+1 counter with an additional aspect that they must be each represented by a unique item that fits on the card.

Description

Knickknack counters first appeared on the acorn card Tchotchke Elemental in Unfinity. It is a creature that gains a Knickknack counter whenever a counter or sticker is placed on a card or a token is created. The card specifies that the player uses a unique item that completely fits on Tchotchke Elemental for each knickknack counter. This represents the elemental collecting knickknacks.

Trivia
