Description

Phylactery counters first appeared on Phylactery Lich in Magic 2011. It is a creature that adds a phylactery counter on an artifact when it enters the battlefield. The Lich is Indestructible but must then be sacrificed whenever the player doesn't control a permenent with a Phylactery counter on it.
