Bloodline counters are a type of counter that tracks upkeep for the Transform mechanic of Double-faced cards.

Description

Edgar Markov's Coffin from Innistrad: Crimson Vow is the first artifact to produce bloodline counters. The counters are placed on the artifact that produces them after each upkeep and cause the Double-faced card to Transform when it reaches a certain number of counters.
