Judgment counters are a type of counter introduced in Innistrad: Crimson Vow.

Description

Judgment counters first appeared on the Double-faced card Faithbound Judge and Sinner's Judgment in Innistrad: Crimson Vow. On both forms of the card, the counters act as an upkeep tracker where they build up to 3 for different effects. By default the creature has Defender but when it gets to 3 or more counters it can attack as though it does not. For the enchantment, it is an aura curse that acts as an alternate loss condition in which the player loses the game once it reaches 3 or more counters.
