Saint Kel was a loxodon member of the inner circle of the Selesnya Conclave on Ravnica, during the events of in 10012 A.C.[1]
Description
As a representative of the Conclave, he was present in Prahv during Feather's testimony process. After the crash of Parhelion and witnessing the atrocities happening all over the city, his mind collapsed. For the first time since the Decamillennial disaster, he ordered to send out the (already forbidden) quietmen in order to deal with the situation.
