Igort Uriklatz owned many pets and ran afoul of the Leash Laws of the Azorius guild.
History
Igort Uriklatz was the owner of 22 registered pets, including a Drekavac, an Ursapine, and an ogre. At one point, the ogre broke free of his restraints and rumbled out the door and through the streets, tipping over Orzhov merchant carts and trouncing Selesnyan Criers. It rampaged for a short while until Boros officers easily handled it. They traced the blood and wreckage back to Igort’s home. They secured the secondary crime scene and signaled for a Sky Hussar patrol there. Igortz was arrested for Disturbing Commerce and breaking the Leash Laws, which require all pets to be leashed at all times. After a three-and-a-half-year trial, Igortz received a fine, lost his pet license, and lost all 22 of his pets to the Simic. Igortz then later created a Leashling with an Izzet guild member. Since it was physically made of leashes, Igortz thus ensured that his pet would always follow the Leash Laws.
