The Cozen is an Orzhov assassin on Ravnica, whose true identity is unknown. At one point he was on an Azorius list of the ten most wanted criminals.[1]
History
The Cozen was accused of misinterpreting his paid Orzhov contracts to justify his murderous ways, such as counting the "head" as a valid form of "limb" to claim from a victim. The Cozen was also known to bribe Azorius officials and illegally acquire a detention sphere, which he converted into a pain-infliction device.
