Crank is a keyword action introduced in Unstable which triggers the effects of Contraptions.[1][2]

Description

To crank a Contraption means to trigger the triggered ability they have. Once any Contaptions are assembled, their controller cranks certain contraptions each upkeep based on which sprocket their CRANK! counter moves to. Abilities may also cause a player to crank Contraptions, but currently only Clock of DOOOOOOOOOOOOM! does so.
