Matt Tabak is a senior Magic editor, the former Magic rules manager, and a member of Magic R&D.[1][2] In April 2016, Eli Shiffrin took over the responsibilities of the rules manager.[3] According to Eli's LinkedIn, he stopped working for Wizards of the Coast as of August 2020, with Matt Tabak taking up the role of rules manager once again until Jess Dunks took office in February 2021.
