Just a second is a static ability introduced in Unstable on the card Slaying Mantis.[1] It does not allow any players to move any card on the battlefield as long as the spell with just a second is on the stack.

Just a second returned in Unfinity on the card Knife and Death.

Description

Just a second is a joke variant of Split Second that prevents players from moving cards on the battlefield.

Just a second is considered to have all of the effects of split second in addition to its own.[2][3][4] This means that certain actions not covered by just a second's reminder text, like casting spells for no cost, are prevented by just a second.
