Kodaira is a village on the Towabara Plains of Kamigawa.
Description
During the Kami War, Kodaira was attacked by nezumi, and Captain Matsuda of the guard outpost let the villagers inside the garrison to prevent them from being killed by the raiders. Matsuda sent several dispatches to Eiganjo calling for help, and the messenger Shiro arrived to bring word to General Munetsugu Takeno. Takeno rode to Kodaira with a contingent and killed the offending nezumi, then arrested Captain Matsuda for breaking the law and allowing the villagers to enter military grounds.[1]
