Higure (HEE-goo-reh)[1], the Still Wind, is a human ninja of Kamigawa during the time of the Kami War.
History
Higure is a master shinobi orphaned as a child and trained at the Temple of the Black Scroll. He has killed at least 33 targets, including humans, kitsune, and soratami. He trains a student for each life he has taken. He was named Higure, meaning "twilight," by his master, Kagero.[2][3]
