Kaito is a human cyber Ninja and Planeswalker from Kamigawa.[1][2] He made his debut in Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.

Origins
Early on in his life, Kaito grew up with his sister in the royal castle in service of the emperor. However, after the emperor was attacked by a mysterious man with a metal arm, she disappeared. Because the other Imperials didn't believe what he had seen, Kaito to left his station and joined the Hyozan Reckoners to investigate the case on his own.[3]
