Gerheart was a planeswalker that was shortly mentioned in the Distant Planes anthology.[1]

Description

Gerheart had long, dark features, pale gray eyes, and salt-and-pepper hair and beard, with an incongruously youthful face. He must have been a considerate man because he gave a forward warning that he would summon the sun priest Koborah, who luckily survived the encounter.[1]
