Vadmir, also known as New Blood, is a vampire rogue from an unknown plane.

Description

Vadmir debuted as a character in Outlaws of Thunder Junction. His history is not known prior to the opening of the Omenpaths in the Multiverse when he crossed over from his home plane into Thunder Junction. He has pale white skin, long sharp nails, wears an somewhat aristocratic outfit with a cowboy hat.
