Jamil was a powerful wizard from an unknown plane and archenemy to the wizard Nevar.
History
He summoned Caliphear the Nightmare to kill Nevar when the battle had finally come to a standstill. He returned Caliphear to Dominaria once she had destroyed Nevar and his army.
