Plagon, also known as the Lord of the Beach, is a starfishfolk wizard from an unknown plane.

Description

Plagon is a humanoid starfish from an unknown plane. They have pink skin on their legs and back, and yellow skin on their front. Plagon has one central eye, two legs, and two arms. They wear shorts made of seashells and a pink wizard hat encased in water when they are not in the water. They have been seen to ride a large sea turtle and be surrounded by fish flying through the air in bubbles.
