Tariel, Reckoner of Souls, is a legendary angel from an unknown plane.
Description
Tariel knows that the strands of Fate are loosely woven. She is tasked with judging individual souls, which are but threads to her, easily pulled and rewoven back into the tapestry of history. Some ancient texts told the story of Tariel's banishment from an empyreal Host. Other scrolls see her as a revered savior, but everyone fears her wrath and flees from her thunderous laughter.[1]
