Jem debut as a character in Outlaws of Thunder Junction. She is from an unknown plane who arrived on Thunder Junction after the opening of the Omenpaths. She is a member of the Atiin. Jem uses artificial wings for her scouting activities preferring to see every corner of every location the Atiin stop at.
