Baron Bertram Graywater is a vampire noble from an unknown plane.
History
On Thunder Junction, Bertram founded the Sterling Company and wrote the plane's laws.[1][2] In his role, he had dealings with Ral Zarek and his efforts to establish communication lines across Omenpaths. He also had plans to break open Maag Taranau.
He obtained the sixth and final key to Maag Taranau from an unknown source on another plane and placed it in a hidden safe in his office. The key was later stolen by Oko's gang.[1]
