Nivea was a mage from Otaria, on the plane of Dominaria.
Description
Nivea was beautiful, brilliant, and bold, garbed in white robes and bedecked in jewels.[1]
History
Nivea worked as a mage in the Order of the northern plains until its decimation. Abandoning the remnants of her comrades, she traveled south to Aphetto, where she met Ixidor, an illusionist who worked as a street fortune teller using cards, and they quickly fell in love.
Nivea partnered with her love to make their living betting on themselves in the Cabal pit fights. Nivea specialized in summoning white creatures, such as pikemen and aven, while Ixidor created illusory copies of them, while at the same time cloaking the real creatures in invisibility.[2] She died at the hands of Phage in a Cabal pit fight.
In his grief, Ixidor created the angel Akroma in her image.[2]
