Zagorka, known as She Disputes among Averru's Glyphs, was a human woman living on Otaria, Dominaria, who came into conflict with Ixidor and Kamahl.[2]

Description

Zagorka was an elderly woman with a mule. They seemed long-time companions - their hair was the same gray-brown, bristly and bunched, and their shoulders had a similar stoop. They would even snort simultaneously.[3]

History

Zagorka sought employment in Aphetto with her mule Chester. This led her to become part of the Nightmare War against the wizard Ixidor, but she fled when the battle became overwhelming. She and Stonebrow hurried for miles along the Corian Escarpment, until they discovered a half-tumbled break in the ridge. There, she and other refugees found asylum in an abandoned city they called Sanctum. She quickly became their leader, and as the city grew, its mysteries started to unveil: the city was the Numena Averru, who considered Zagorka as his mother. In the final battle between Akroma and Phage, Kamahl killed them both and (accidentally) Zagorka as well, which led to the Rebirth of Karona.
