Icehaven is the northernmost island of the Domains, and the largest island after the continent of Aerona. It is separated from Aerona by a strait called the Rip. Icehaven is home to many small states, separated by this barren land's Indigenous tribes of stone giants. The two larger nations, Keld and Parma, are divided by a desolate waste, and in the south lies the wilderness of Gurdurngs. As implied by the name, Icehaven is notorious for its cold climate.

• Keld - a nation of large, gray-skinned warriors taking up most of Icehaven
  • Agderisk - a port city on the southern coast
  • The Border Citadel - a fortification marking the eastern border of Keld
  • Border Mountains - a range in northern Keld, bordering the sea.
  • The Keldon Necropolis - destroyed during the Keldon Twilight.
  • Letha - an outcast village, destroyed by the dragon Skouras.
  • The Mountain - a lone volcano and sacred peak
  • The Northern Wastes - desolate, frozen lands north of Keld
  • Port Bay - A bay hosting Port City
    • Port City - A busy port southeast of the Necropolis and east of the Mountain
  • Rootwater - placed here after the Rathi Overlay
  • The Skyshroud Forest - placed here after the Rathi Overlay
• The Western Reaches - staging grounds for a rebel army
• Parma - theocratic kingdom of the Northern Paladins on the east tip of Icehaven
• The Gurdurngs - mountainous region in southern Icehaven
  • Kvardalen - a centaur village
  • Synar River - fed by a lake near Kvardalen
