Bristly Bill, also known as the Spine Sower, is a legendary cactusfolk druid from Thunder Junction.

Bristly Bill appears as a humanoid with the spiky green skin of a cactus, six arms, and no face. He wears a tattered brown vest and uses his skills in magic to act as a gardener by tending to the cacti and natural flora of the frontier plane. His magic presents itself as a light blue glow in his chest and as lightning leaving his fingers toward plants. At some point on the plane, he encountered an Ancient Cornucopia and commented that it was trying to put him out of a job.
