Neit was a human from Naktamun on the plane of Amonkhet, and an initiate of Tah crop.
Description
Neit is depicted as a ruthless and ambitious individual. She is quick to take advantage of a desperate situation, showing a willingness to betray and kill her comrades to ensure her own survival. This is evident when she stabs an initiate in the back to claim his heart, showing her brutal pragmatism and determination to succeed at any cost.
History
During the Trial of Ambition, Neit seized the opportunity to secure her place in the trials by betraying her comrades. When the remaining initiates were required to present hearts to Bontu as a toll to proceed, Neit did not hesitate to kill a fellow initiate. She attempted to rush forward with the heart, but was stopped by Kamat. While the two struggled together, Basetha dashed forward and claimed the heart, passing the trial. Neit then managed to kill Kamat, and cut out her heart, also passing the trial, along with Nassor and Djeru.[1]
Neit, Basetha and Nassor were killed in different ways during the Trial of Zeal, leaving Djeru as the last survivor of Tah crop.[2]
Neit later became part of the Dreadhorde on Ravnica, and was re-killed by Samut.[3]
