Neheb was one of the most formidable warriors among the initiates who sought to prove their worth through the Trials of the Five Gods. His strength, skill, and fiery zeal distinguished him as a natural leader within the Ahn crop. As a minotaur charioteer and fierce combatant, he embodied the ideals of devotion and valor central to his culture’s beliefs. Though he ultimately fell in battle, his legacy endured through both legend and the undead servitude imposed upon him by dark magic.

Description

Neheb, known as 'the Worthy', was a renowned minotaur warrior and an elite initiate of the Ahn crop on Amonkhet. He was widely respected for his mastery of the chariot and for wielding a spear wreathed in magical flame whenever he entered battle.[1]

Neheb was a highly accomplished initiate who had earned four cartouches, securing his place in the House of Hazoret among the glorified. Among the surviving initiates of his crop, he served as an unofficial general, inspiring both fear and deep respect in all who watched him fight. His fiery spear attacks were so fierce and untamed that many believed they came straight from his heart, perfectly embodying Hazoret's teachings of unyielding zeal and passion.

Even while residing in the House of Hazoret, where many initiates found rest and solace before facing their final trial, Neheb never ceased to train. He constantly challenged his fellow glorified to sparring matches and chariot races, pushing them and himself to ever greater heights. Through this relentless dedication, he showed his unwavering belief that he would earn a place of honored leadership in the afterlife, just as he had among his peers on the battlefield.[2]

Neheb ultimately fell during the Trial of Zeal and was eternalized to serve Nicol Bolas once more as an undead warrior as part of the Dreadhorde. During the War of the Spark on Ravnica, he was slain by Samut and Gideon during the uprising against Bolas.[3][4]
