Asenue was an Amonkheti warrior who fought until the very last during the Final Hours. During the Hour of Eternity, Asenue faced two Eternals in a desperate battle on the streets of Naktamun. Despite being a master blademaster in her prime, she knew she would lose because she was human and they were not. Her body ached with fatigue, but she kept fighting, driven by love for her fellow citizens and a desire to give them a chance to escape. She repeated a mantra to steady herself, focusing on one more breath, one more moment. She saw some people escape, but knew no one would save her. Ultimately, Asenue fought valiantly, but exhaustion and the relentless Eternals sealed her fate.
Fate
She became part of the Dreadhorde on Ravnica and was re-killed by Samut.[2]
