Neerdiv, also known as the Devious Diver, is a merrow rogue from Lorwyn-Shadowmoor.
Description
Neerdiv is a merrow fallowsage from Lowyn-Shadowmoor. Fallowsages are wise elder merrow, many of whom find comfort in the dappled shade of riverside willow trees. She appears as a red scaled merfolk with long black hair made into two ponytails. She is seen wearing a shell necklace around her neck, a white scale and sheer top with wallowing sleeves.
