Lilah is a human rogue from an unknown plane. She is the leader of the Slickshot Gang.[1]
History
When Omenpaths opened across the Multiverse, Lilah was one of many who arrived on Thunder Junction to make her fortune. She founded the Slickshot Gang and recruited outlaws from various planes, including Obeka and Stella Lee.[1] The Slickshots found great success under Lilah's guidance, not least because she was the only one able to brew a certain magic-enhancing elixir, which she only allowed her gang to benefit from. However, this exclusivity was eventually broken when the elixir was stolen by Nashi.
