Captain Howler is the hulking Chordatan captain of the Keelhaulers racing team that participated in the Ghirapur Grand Prix.[1] He originates from an unknown plane submerged in water and has taken up residence on Avishkar.
Description
The scarred scourge of the sea, Howler unwaveringly leads his crew with an iron fin toward fortune and glory.[2] His body is inked with a map of every port he's ever docked in, and he wields his signature aether culverin with deft brutality.
History
While Howler's boisterous crew bristled against the restrictive rules placed upon them by the Grand Prix, they stayed in line for the most part.[3] In the final stage of the race, Howler's vehicle was wrecked, and he was mind controlled by Jace Beleren, who was attempting to recover his adopted child Loot.[4]
