Don Andres, also known as the Renegade, is a legendary vampire pirate from Ixalan.

Why climb the tangled rigging of the Legion of Dusk’s hierarchy when I can fly a free flag of my own?

Andres is a light-skinned vampire with black hair who is wearing a golden helmet. He is a former Legion of Dusk vampire who went rogue and joined the Brazen Coalition. He was designed with the idea that Grixis pirates was the perfect place to make a “stealing matters” commander and that people wanted crossovers between Ixalan types. He creates treasures whenever the player casts a non-creature spell they don't own and also makes creatures they control but don't own into a pirate with deathtouch and menace.
