Carmen, also known as the Cruel Skymarcher, is a Legion of Dusk vampire soldier from Ixalan.
Description
Carmen was introduced as a character in The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander as an alternate commander of the Blood Rites deck. As a skymarcher, Carmen is able to dissolve her legs into smoke and fly. She wears gold and black armor and wields a golden morning star. Carmen gains life, power, and toughness whenever a creature is sacrificed. She also returns creatures of her strength or weaker to life when she attacks.
