Dokai (DOH-keye)[1], Weaver of Life, is a human monk of Kamigawa from the time of the Kami War.
Description
Dokai was a legendary monk whose connection to the land was so strong that he could “bring it to life.”[1] Once a skinny budoka gardener student who worshiped the earth, he grew to be a grand master monk who could turn the earth into powerful elementals.[2] He believed the Soratami arrogant for thinking of the Jukai forest as an "unruly garden" and proposed sending them a Child of Thorns to prove them wrong.
